Earthquake In Delhi NCR
Earthquake tremors were felt for the second consecutive day in Delhi-NCR. Its intensity on the Richter scale was 2.7 and its depth was five kilometers. The epicenter of the earthquake is being reported as Delhi. Earthquake tremors were felt at 1.26 pm on Monday. A tremor of 3.5 magnitude was also felt in Delhi-NCR on Sunday evening.
Earthquake also came on Sunday evening
Mild tremors of the quake were felt in Delhi-NCR around 5:45 pm on Sunday evening. Its intensity on the Richter scale was just 3.5, but what is worrying is that its center was in East Delhi. Here, due to the sudden shivering of the earth, people imprisoned in the houses fled out due to lockdown. During this time no loss of life or property is reported.
According to data released by the National Seismology Center, the earthquake in Delhi-NCR occurred at around 5:45 pm. Its depth was about 8 km. There is no loss due to the decrease in intensity, but due to this the chairs and fans of the houses started moving. Due to the sudden shock, ordinary people imprisoned in the houses came out for about 19 days.
Experts say that after the earthquake of such low intensity, there is no possibility of any shock again. According to seismologist Arun Bhagat, the shock is felt by the occupants in the 17-meter tall building.
